Returns Eligibility
Due to the medical nature of our products and strict health & safety regulations, we do not accept returns of dermal fillers or any injectable items unless they have not been used or unboxed
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or
- You received the wrong product.
All return requests must meet the following criteria:
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- You provide photo evidence of the issue
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer free replacements for products that are:
- Delivered damaged or defective
- Incorrectly sent due to fulfilment errors
In such cases, we will cover all additional shipping fees.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Opened or used dermal filler products
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Products purchased by mistake
This policy ensures we maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.
📦 Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how and where to send the package. Do not send products back without prior authorisation.
